Will the graphic crack or peel after washing?
Not with normal care. Wash cold, tumble dry low or hang dry, and turn the shirt inside out before washing if you want maximum graphic life. The big enemies of any printed tee are high-heat drying and abrasive detergents.
Can I wear this under my bee suit?
