It pairs a vented floor with an under-floor trap chamber and the Ceracell Beast Blocker® entrance adapter, which narrows the main entrance so pests looking for a way in are diverted into the trap instead. With the Beast Blocker® mounted on the front entrance, that easy route is closed off, so they probe for another opening and find the gap beneath the vented floor — which leads them into the trap chamber instead of the colony. Because the trap sits under the floor, the guard bees stay focused on the real entrance. The ventilation slider lets you tune airflow for the season, and the whole assembly is molded plastic, so it rinses clean and won't rot like a wooden floor. Used through wasp season, it reduces the pressure on your bees without any bait or treatment.
