10 Frame Honey Super Kits - ASSEMBLED
A fully assembled 10-frame medium honey super, ready to add to your hive for surplus honey storage. It arrives built — box, frames, and foundation together — so all you do is give the outside a coat of paint and set it on top of your brood boxes when the colony is ready to put away extra honey.
What's included
- One 10-frame medium honey super box, select-grade pine, fully assembled
- 10 wooden frames, assembled and installed
- Premier Purecell double-waxed plastic foundation — your choice of black or white at checkout
How it works in real life
A honey super is the box you stack above the brood chamber once the colony is strong and the nectar flow is on. The bees draw comb on the foundation and fill it with surplus honey — the honey you harvest. Because this super ships assembled with frames and foundation already in place, you skip the nailing and gluing: just paint the exterior (leave the inside bare), let it cure, and set it on the hive. Add a queen excluder underneath if you want to keep the queen out of your honey frames.
Before you order
This is the 10-frame size — pair it with a 10-frame brood chamber and hive. The foundation is Premier Purecell double-waxed plastic, which bees accept readily. Black foundation makes pale eggs and larvae easier to see, so we recommend black for most beekeepers; white shows off white cappings nicely if you cut comb honey. The kit ships unpainted and does not include bees.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is it really fully assembled?
Yes. The box, frames, and foundation arrive built and installed — you only need to paint the outside and add it to your hive.
Should I choose black or white foundation?
Both are Premier Purecell double-waxed plastic. Black makes eggs and larvae easier to spot; white looks cleaner under pale comb. Most beekeepers choose black.
Does it include bees?
No — this is equipment only. Add your own package, nuc, or swarm.
What hive does it fit?
Standard 10-frame Langstroth equipment.
