Plastic Queen Cage - Flip Top
The plastic flip-top queen cage holds a queen and a few attendants while you introduce her to a colony or ship her to a buyer. A tapered candy tube lets the bees eat through the candy to release the queen slowly, the large opening makes loading easy, and the flip-top lid closes securely so no one escapes in transit.

- Tapered candy tube for slow, natural release
- Large opening for easy loading
- Secure flip-top closure
- Light, reusable plastic
How it is used
Load the queen with a few attendant workers, fill the candy tube, and close the flip-top. When you place the cage in a colony, the bees chew through the candy over a day or two, giving them time to accept her before she walks free. The clear plastic lets you check on her without opening the cage.
