How it works
Set a sheet in each deep comb-honey frame during a strong nectar flow. The bees draw and cap clean comb you can cut into chunks for chunk honey or sell as cut comb.
Before you order
Use a wedged or grooved top bar for a secure fit. For shallower comb-honey frames, see the 4 3/4" Shallow and 5 5/8" Medium thin surplus foundations. Shipping note: we don't recommend shipping wax below 32°F — cold wax is brittle, and ordering during a freeze is at your own risk for breakage.
