Everyday South Carolina honey in the classic squeeze bear — raw, strained, never filtered or pasteurized. Harvested in the Midlands and strained only to remove wax and debris, so it stays smooth and spreadable while keeping the natural pollen and flavor that heat processing strips out.

Features

  • 8 oz net weight of raw South Carolina honey
  • Raw and strained, not filtered — natural pollen and character retained
  • Never pasteurized
  • Honey-bear-shaped PET squeeze bottle with drip-free tip
  • Color and flavor vary by season and floral source

How it works

This is the size most folks keep on the counter — enough honey for daily use in tea, on biscuits and toast, or in baking, in a squeeze bear that pours clean and stores easily. Because the honey is raw rather than heat-processed, the color shifts batch to batch with the season, from light gold in spring to deeper amber later in the year.

Before you order

Sold individually, 8 oz net weight. Raw, strained honey naturally crystallizes over time — this is a sign it hasn't been over-processed, not that it has spoiled. To return crystallized honey to a smooth pour, stand the bear in a bowl of warm (not boiling) water until it clears.

FAQ

Is this raw honey? Yes. We don't pasteurize. After extraction we strain the honey to remove wax and debris, then bottle it — nothing is filtered out under pressure or heat, so the natural pollen stays in.

Why does the color change between jars? Raw local honey takes its color and flavor from whatever is blooming when the bees forage. Lighter gold and darker amber are both normal and both local SC honey.

My honey crystallized — is it still good? Yes. Warm the bear in hot water and stir; it returns to a smooth pour.
