Raw Strained Honey - Pint (16 oz)
A full pint of raw South Carolina honey — strained, never filtered or pasteurized. This is local Midlands honey straight from our store, smooth enough to pour and spread but with all the natural pollen and seasonal character left in.
Features
- One pint (16 fl oz) of raw South Carolina honey
- Raw and strained, not filtered
- Never pasteurized
- Local honey harvested in the Midlands of South Carolina
- Color and flavor vary by season and floral source
How it works
The pint is the practical refill size — more honey than a squeeze bear, easy to pour into a smaller bottle or use straight from the jar for tea, baking, and cooking. Because it's raw and only strained, expect natural variation in color from batch to batch and gradual crystallization over time.
Before you order
Sold as a single pint jar, by volume. Raw, strained honey crystallizes naturally with age — it has not gone bad. Stand the jar in warm water to bring it back to a smooth pour. Store at room temperature; there is no need to refrigerate honey.

FAQ
Is honey sold by weight or volume here? Our jars are sold by volume — this is one pint (16 fl oz).
Is it really raw? Yes. We strain it to remove wax and debris but never filter or pasteurize it, so the natural pollen stays in.
It crystallized — what do I do? Warm the jar in hot water and stir. Crystallization is normal for raw honey and reverses with gentle heat.
