Ross Round Comb Rings
Plastic comb rings for round comb honey supers. Bees draw and cap natural comb right inside the ring, giving you a clean, round section of honeycomb you can sell or set on the table as-is.
Features
- One-piece plastic rings for Ross Round comb honey supers
- Bees build and cap comb directly inside each ring
- Produce uniform round sections, no cutting or scraping
- Available as a single ring or in counts that fill an 8-frame or 10-frame super
How it works (in real life)
The rings sit between the frame halves inside a Ross Round super. As the bees draw comb, they build it out to the edge of each ring and cap it off. When the section is finished, you lift it out, snap a cover on each side, and you have a packaged round of comb honey with no extraction step.
Before you order
The rings are the consumable part that the comb is built in. You also need a Ross Round super and frames to hold them, and section covers to finish each round. An 8-frame super takes 56 rings; a 10-frame super takes 64.

FAQ
How many rings does a super need?
An 8-frame Ross Round super takes 56 rings and a 10-frame super takes 64.
Do the bees build comb right in the ring?
Yes. The bees draw and cap natural comb inside the ring, so each finished section is already round and ready to package.
Do I need anything else to finish a section?
Yes. Snap a section cover on each side of the finished round. Crystal covers show the comb; opaque covers give a white face to label.
Are these reusable?
The rings stay with the comb when you package a round, so they are a consumable you restock each season.
