Horrible customer service!

I purchased an assembled 2 frame nuc box it arrived I assembled and I didn’t have the proper tools or time to build it. I ordered it with a week time before my queens showed up. I immediately messaged the company about the problem and this is the first time I’m hearing from them since. It left me having to just put the box together with no fasteners since I never received any communication on a solution.
